Lesson Policy
The Texas Guitar Company offers lessons in piano, drums, bass, and guitar. Our lessons are taught in a "one on one" format, so every student receives the individual attention he or she deserves. Our instructors are prepared to teach all styles of music to students of all ages and skill levels. Every curriculum is specifically tailored to suit each student, so whether you want to study music in a formal environment or you just want to "rock out", chances are the Texas Guitar Company's private lessons are for you!
Tuition Rates
Single lessons are available at the rate of $27.50 for one 30 minute lesson.
Lessons purchased in monthly blocks are available at a rate of $22.50 for one 30 minute lesson.
Lessons purchased in 3 month blocks are available at a rate of $20.00 for one 30 minute lesson.
Payment Policy
Tuition payment for the initial block of lessons is due at the time the lessons are booked.
Tuition payment for subsequent months is due on the last lesson of the current month.
(In other words, by always paying on the last lesson of every month, you will always avoid being charged a late fee. See Below)
Late Fees
If a tuition payment is received after the 1st, a late fee of $15.00 will be assessed.
If a tuition payment is received after the 5th, the student will be removed from the schedule.
The student will not be reinstated until all past due payments (including late fees) are paid.
Attendance Policy
Learning to play a musical instrument can be a deeply rewarding experience. However, it takes a serious commitment on the part of both the student and the instructor. To Strengthen this commitment we practice a strict attendance policy at The Texas Guitar Company.
We do not reschedule lessons or "make up" missed lessons at The Texas Guitar Company.
If a student knows at the time of booking he or she will be absent, the roster spot may be reserved by paying a $10.00 retainer fee for each lesson missed.
The Texas Guitar Company will close to observe the folloing Holidays:
Memorial Day
Independance Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day and the Friday that follows
Christmas Day
New Year's Day
There will be no lessons offered between December 24th and January 1st of every year.
