The Texas Guitar Company produces spring and fall recitals annually to offer its students a chance to showcase their abilities. (Public performance is, after all, the point of learning to play!)

Our recitals are far removed, however, from their common ancestor, the typical piano recital of the past. The Texas Guitar Company produces "The Rock n' Roll GUITAR Recital" complete with a professional band to accompany our students as they rock out.

Selections from recitals past include plenty of AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, System of a Down, Greenday, Metallica, Dream Theater, Iron Maiden, Steve Vai, The Eagles, Jimi Hendrix, Linkin Park, Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughn... The list goes on (It really does!)

There have even been Bach, Beethoven, Randy Travis, Kelly Clarkson, and Christina Aguilera sightings (student performances, NOT celebrity appearances!) at "The Rock n' Roll GUITAR Recital."

Don't worry though, for those of you who long for the typical piano recital of the past, we will be producing those as well as our student body grows.
